PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Vista Fire Protection District at a regular meeting held February 14, 2024 adopted an ordinance that is for vegetation management, defensible space, declaring vegetation and waste matter a public nuisance and removing thereof and repealing Ordinance No. 18 entitled:

An Ordinance of the Vista Fire Protection District to Declare Certain Waste Material as a Public Nuisance, Provide for Abatement and Removal Thereof, and Provide for the Cost of

Said Abatement to be a Lien Upon Private Property

Voting aye:      Directors Elliott, Gomez, Miller, Ploetz

Nay:                    None

Abstain:           None

Absent:            Fougner

This ordinance is on file in the office of the Secretary, Board of Directors, 450 S. Melrose Dr., Vista CA  and may be viewed on any business day between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
